Hmm, I'm not sure. It could be a mistake someone made then they kept it for convenience or they figured that people would be passing through would be catch the items from the corner of their eye. Either way it's an interesting place for clothes isn't it? [Robin had another theory, though she figured those two would be good for now. She nodded at Franky on her way over to the rack.]
